Gabby Trad

Mr. Gabby Trad is a principal with Partners In Hospitality with more than 15 years of experience in development, construction, and direct multi-hotel management. He received multiple awards and recognitions such as “Quality Excellence Award” from IHG, 8 consecutive “Superior Performance Results” from La Quinta Inns, and was ranked in top 10 performance scores for HGI and Courtyard properties in his portfolio.

Mr. Trad’s experience in managing multi-brand/multi-property portfolios is essential for the successful operations at PIH. As a certified instructor/educator in marketing, management, and hospitality, he is known for excellence in team building.

Vice President & Partner

Pete DeKalb

Pete DeKalb is a principal with Partners In Hospitality having formed the company in 2016. Prior to that Pete was a founding partner in Partners in Development with John Weeman for 13 years. Prior to PID/PIH, Mr. DeKalb was a founding Managing Director of Horwath Hospitality Investment Advisors, a Vice President with Accor North America, and was in charge of Corporate Development and Franchise Development with Embassy Suites Hotels.

Early in his career Mr. DeKalb worked in hotel operations and quickly became General Manager. His leadership experience was essential to the growth of “owned and operated” hotels and real estate asset management in the w3estern U.S. In addition, he led the development and acquisition of over 30 hotels. His transactional accomplishments include 26 acquisitions/new developments, 10+ restaurant leases, 31 dispositions, 10+ hotel takings/condemnations, 10+ hotel lease negotiations, and many other related tasks.
